About Michael Cannon
“Four years ago, I campaigned to bring change to the Mead School Board.
I advocated for transparency, communication, engaging parents, and fiscal responsibility for taxpayers – and I delivered.
In my first term, we started recording board meetings and posting curriculum online. I voted to make Mead one of the first districts in the state to re-open during COVID.
Responding to widespread parent concerns, I introduced policies that would limit social agendas from targeting our schools and I advocated for expanding learning options and future pathways training, beyond just college, for all students.
Let’s continue to produce results for Mead.”
